Eye Exercises – Better Vision Without Glasses

 

There are many people who read books and spend a few hours with electronic devices like laptops or smartphones every day. A lifestyle like that can cause many problems with your sight, especially in the long run.

Glasses and contact lenses are common solutions for sight problems. There is also another solution which can help people with small defects of vision. It is called eye exercises. The most known and commonly used method is so-called Bates method.
